Context, challenges, and solutions.
Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz) is an institution linked to the Ministry of Health, dedicated to activities in the fields of health, education, and scientific and technological development.
Fiocruz-INCQS needed to improve the efficiency of workflows across its new and legacy systems, ensuring a smooth experience for scientists and researchers. Poor usability and interface adaptability hindered platform adoption.
I developed the front-end using the Bootstrap framework to create a more intuitive and accessible interface. In addition, I restructured part of the user experience through real-time prototyping, allowing agile adjustments before implementation by back-end developers. This approach led to greater platform adoption and positive user feedback.

Key Deliverables:
Evolution in the Harpya System (laboratory sample management)
Within the systems team, I was responsible for most of the front-end screens and also validated all prototypes with users.
New interface for the Reference Chemical Substances System
With the front-end well defined, the interface was customized with a new identity, maintaining only updated UI colors.
Design System for the web using the Bootstrap framework
Well-documented for developers and easy to use.
