Context, challenges, and solutions.

IRB RE, the largest reinsurer in Brazil with a 37% market share, is a publicly traded company operating across all reinsurance business lines. It is recognized for its financial strength and technical expertise.

The challenge was to create digital solutions to optimize internal processes and improve the user experience on the company’s platforms, while ensuring the solutions were accessible, efficient, and high-quality.

I developed intuitive interfaces for reinsurance and insurance applications, creating interactive prototypes and wireframes to validate and optimize the user experience. I also worked on implementing usability tests, developing front-end components, and supporting other designers, ensuring alignment with the UI guidelines. Collaboration with agencies such as Crama and the software factory was essential to accelerate both internal and external projects.
